My Leisure card e-Gift Card can only be used online. If you have a physical gift card, this can be used both online and instore.
Please follow these steps when redeeming your Leisure Voucher Gift Card:
Online:

You can only use your gift card for the whole value of the transaction. Part payment is not possible for online purchases.

Upon checkout, select ‘pay by debit / credit card’ option.

Enter the card holder details for the customer name.

Enter the 16-digit card number on the back of the card.

The expiry date will be the ‘online code’ number which will be on the back of the card.

Then enter the CVC2 number, which can also be found on the back of the card.

Then simply select ‘place order’.
In-store:

You can use your gift card as part payment or to cover the whole value of the transaction.

The member of staff will manually enter the necessary value into their till. Please note, this cannot exceed the amount on your gift card otherwise the transaction will decline.

Once entered, they will then swipe your gift card on the side of the till to redeem the funds.

If the swipe option isn’t available, please ask the staff member to type in the long gift card number on the back of the gift card, followed by the ‘online code’ for the expiry date into the till to redeem.
